Welcome

[Meeting & Greeting]

For many of our clients, taking the first step on a new path to self-discovery and improvement can feel overwhelming…even debilitating. Getting started is one of the biggest obstacles in mental health treatment, which is why we make our intake process simple and free from the complexity you’d expect to experience at a larger healthcare facility. We’re ready when you are, just give us a call or use our online contact form and we’ll be in touch soon!

Accept

[Recognizing strength]

At Hope for Healing you’re much more than a name on a form. As an independently owned, local business we’re deeply committed to personalized care. What makes us different from other providers? We take extra time to get to know you on an individual basis. We want to know where you struggle, what brings you joy, and how we can work together to build up your sense of power and positivity. It starts with embracing your unique story and needs.

Assess

[Evaluating needs]

Our tailored approach to counseling and treatment is always client specific. We create a foundation for decision-making through a full psychiatric and medical assessment, including bloodwork. This allows our team to understand and address underlying conditions, as well as any potential nutritional deficiencies that may be affecting a client’s mental health. Similar to the symptoms of many mental health disorders, each person’s experience and response to treatment is individualized.

Treat

[Providing healing]

With a medical basis in place we collaboratively establish a treatment plan that may include a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Medication Management, Ketamine (if appropriate), IV and oral Nutritional therapy, and personalized client care. A plan could include any or all of the following therapeutic recommendations:

CBT – A seven week, manual-based program focused on changing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Weekly 50 minute in-person or telehealth sessions conducted privately between a licensed therapist and their client.

Medication Management – At times medication, at the lowest effective doses, may be recommended by our in-house team. Current or past prescriptions are also evaluated and may be adjusted in collaboration with outside providers including an established treatment team.

Ketamine – Ketamine may be recommended to address treatment-resistant depression. This groundbreaking treatment option can be prescribed by our licensed mental health providers and is administered at a low-dose under the supervision of a certified nurse anesthetist with ICU experience. We utilize a state-of-the-art cardiac monitoring system and provide continuous RN supervision during Ketamine treatments.

IV or Oral Nutritional Supplementation – Based on our comprehensive assessment we address any deficiencies or underlying medical issues that may be causing or worsening your mental health symptoms. Oral Nutritional Supplements will be recommended or prescribed if applicable. IV Nutrition is offered privately in our relaxing, spa-like treatment rooms during one-hour sessions. Our nursing team monitors each session, ensuring safety and complete comfort.

Support

[Staying connected]

Constant communication is how we ensure success. During our 5-step process we continually evaluate and monitor progress using evidence-based screening tools as part of our commitment to Measurement Based Outcomes. Our easy-to-access digital tools allow everyone to track key mental and physical indicators and make immediate adjustments in a treatment plan if necessary. Our commitment to long-term mental health improvement goes further than in-treatment support. We’re here to support whenever there’s a need!
